Having spent a significant portion of my life working in the construction industry, I intimately understand the challenges of back pain that plague countless individuals worldwide. Through my own experiences and struggles, I spent over 20 years meticulously piecing my back, back together.
Driven by my desire to find a sustainable solution, I developed a morning stretch and structural alignment activation routine that takes no longer than boiling a kettle. This daily practice has transformed my life, enabling me to achieve a level of health and fitness in my fifties that surpasses my thirties and forties. I now live a life free from pain and medications, engaging in activities I love.
